1. Heard Mr. D. P. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant as well as Mr. T. Dash, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 12.
2. I.A. No.213/ 2022 has been jointly filed by the Appellant and Respondents Nos.1 to 12 for compromise of the appeal on such terms and conditions incorporated in the said I.A. The Appellant and Respondents Nos.1 to 12 jointly pray for passing of a decree on compromise accordingly.
3. Further, the Appellant has filed I.A. No.199/2022 praying to abandon the appeal in respect of proforma Respondent Nos.13 to 40.
4. The compromise petition i.e. I.A. No.213/2022 is signed by the present Appellant and each of Respondents Nos.1 to 12 supported with affidavit sworn by each of the parties.
5. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise as prayed by the Appellant and Respondents Nos.1 to 12. The compromise petition i.e. I.A. No.213/ 2022 is formed a part of the decree.
6. The appeal is dismissed against Respondent Nos.13 to 40. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
