1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to Opposite Party No.1 and after following up on such representation to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. If such a representation is made not later than 21st March, 2022, it should be considered and an appropriate order shall be passed thereon after hearing all affected parties not later than 22nd May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
