This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to remove the disparity in the scale of pay and their status with the regular counterparts with the very same educational qualification and nature of duty discharged under Water Resources (CAD) Deptt. belonging to Agriculture & Farmers Empowerment Department by extending the benefit as per the law laid down in order dated 23.06.1994 in O.A. No.1203 of 1991 which had already been implemented by order dated 23.05.1995 and resolution dated 18.01.1997 of Agriculture & Farmers Empowerment Department on consideration of the representation under Annexure-10 with

all service and financial benefits within a stipulated period.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexures-5, 6 & 7 within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-10 and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrues-5, 6 & 7 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
