This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider their representation under Annexrue-8 for granting one more additional chance to them, who were candidates earlier in pursuance of last advertisement no.10 of 2018-19 at par with the benefit extended by the Government in G.A. & PG Deptt. resolution dated 05.06.2018 under Annexure-7 in OCS Examination, 2017 relaxation of upper age to appear against the post of A.S.O. in pursuance of the advertisement no.26 of 2021-22 dated 31.12.2021 under Annexure-3 and grant all consequential benefits to them.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the

petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8 series and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexure-7 within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-8 series and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrue-7 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
