The petitioner claims for refund of her legitimate dues amounting to Rs.46,000/-, which she had deposited towards special round participation fee within a stipulated time. If such amount is permissible for refund under law, the petitioner may make an application before the authority concerned, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
