The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 3rd November, 2021 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal in Criminal Proceeding No.52 of 2018. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the wife has re-married in the meantime. Hence, he does not want to press the RPFAM, to seek appropriate remedy, if any fresh cause of action arises.

In view of such submission, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.
