Considering the allegation made in this writ petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Basudebpur-Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1(series) and make an enquiry involving the parties. It is directed that upon entering into an enquiry, if the Tahasildar, Basudebpur observes, there is unauthorized occupation over the Govt. land, the Tahasildar shall initiate an appropriate proceeding following the provisions contained in the O.P.L.E. Act against the unauthorized encroachers and decide the same within a period of six months thereafter, but however, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected. It is further directed that in the event there is urgent requirement of a prohibitory order, the Petitioner may submit an application in that regard before the Tahasildar and basing on such application the Tahasildar shall take appropriate action involving the parties likely to be affected immediately thereafter.

Since the order is passed at the admission stage, Petitioner is directed to produce an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the brief before the Tahasildar, Basudebpur within ten working days hence for his/her proceeding in the matter. 3.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
