1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. M. Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K.Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 2nd October, 2021 in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.196/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.270 of 2019 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 399/402 of I.P.C. and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already under and the fact that six coaccused persons have already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos.9298, 9277, 9331, 9636 & 10573 of 2019 and 352 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed as may be deemed fit and proper.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
