This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Since the bail application has already been disposed of, there is no need to file the surrender certificate. Perused the office note in which it is mentioned that the case number has been inadvertently typed out as 'BLAPL No. 955 of 2022' instead of 'BLAPL No.995 of 2022' in the order no.3 dated 15.07.2022.

Accordingly, the number of the case is corrected by me by scoring '955' and substituting '995' in its place in red ink in open Court.
