None appears on behalf of opposite party no.2 in spite of good service. Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. 3.

Prayer in the writ petition is for opposite party no.2 to restructure the loan. Petitioner is at liberty to approach said opposite party by making application, including his contention of repayment, in aid a favourable decision for restructuring of loan.
