1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. Subrata Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 18th February, 2020 in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.62/2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.16/05 of 2021 arising out of G.R. Case No.285/2020 pending in the court of learned C.J.M.- cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Keonjhar, for the alleged

// 2 // commission of the offence under Section 395 of I.P.C. and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that one of the co-accused has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.7997/2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Court in seisin over the matter including the condition that the court in seisin over the matter shall insist upon two sureties, both of them shall be local persons residence of Keonjhar District. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, failing which N.B.W. shall be issued to take him to custody again, he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Keonjhar Sadar P.S. once every month till conclusion of the trial and he shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Court without obtaining leave.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
