This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Mr. Ananta Narayan Pattanayak, learned counsel enters appearance in this case on behalf of the opposite party by filing his Vakalatnama which be kept on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife to transfer C.P. No.601 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the opposite party-husband from the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to the court of the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur on the ground of personal inconvenience. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, so also the submission advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court allows this transfer petition and consequently directs that C.P. No.601 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack be transferred to the court of the Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

It is made clear that the aforesaid proceeding shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months hence from the date of receipt / production of the certified copy of this order and both parties shall cooperate with proceeding. No liberal adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
