This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner.

Considering the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is granted four weeks time to surrender before the learned trial Court pursuant to the order dated 22.02.2022. It is made clear that no further extension of the time to surrender shall be granted to the petitioner. I.A. stands disposed of.
