1. The limited prayer in this petition is that the Non-bailable Warrant (NBW) issued against the Petitioner by the J.M.F.C., Paralakhemundi in P.S. Case No.66 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.192 of 2013 be quashed.

2. Considering the limited prayer and in light of the submissions made, the NBW issued against the Petitioner is hereby quashed. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits. The said case arising from P.S. Case No.66 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.192 of 2013 will now proceed in accordance with law before the J.M.F.C., Paralakhemundi before whom it shall be listed on 5th September, 2022. The Petitioner will remain present before the said Court on that date. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
