This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, it is observed that in the event the Petitioner No.1 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within three weeks hence in connection with Karanjia P.S. Case No.161 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.500 of 2017 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Karanjia and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order during the first hour of the day

// 2 // so as to enable the Petitioner to approach the next higher forum during the course of the day, in case necessity so arises unless there stands any legal impediment.

In so far as the Petitioner No.2 is concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner No. 2 surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

Interim order passed on 14th February, 2020 does no more survive in respect of Petitioner No.1.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
