As it appears, the Order dated 10.02.2015 has not been complied with and, therefore, notice could not be issued to the opposite parties due to want of deficit postal stamp. 3.

Mr. J. Naik, learned Central Government Counsel states that in Paragraph-18 of the Writ Petition, it has been stated that similar matter bearing W.P.(C) No. 22845 of 2014 has been filed by the Bargaon ITC. It is stated that in the meantime, the said Writ Petition along with connected matters have already been disposed of by this Court, vide Order dated 09.02.2022, as infructuous. 4.

In the above view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Order dated 09.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 22845 of 2014.
