This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. However, learned counsel for the opposite party by filing a photocopy of the final order passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Titilagarh in C.M.C. No.38 of 2015 submits that the present proceeding has already become infructuous in view of the final order passed in the C.M.C. No.38 of 2015. The same be kept on record.

Perused the prayer for CRLMC, wherein it is found that the petitioner has challenged the interim order passed on 29.06.2016 in C.M.C. No.38 of 2015 which has already been disposed of as revealed from the document produced on behalf of the opposite party. 4.
In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, the CRLMC is disposed of as infructuous.
