Heard Mr. S.K.Mahanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K.Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate through video conferencing mode.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Panikoili P.S. Case No.296 dated 10.11.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 294, 323, 324, 354-B, 307, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. He further submits that though highlighting all her grievances the petitioner has approached the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur (opposite party No.3) on 20.1.2022 under Annexure-3 series by filing a grievance petition through registered post but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the grievance petition under Annexure-3 series within a specific time period. 3.
Considering the submissions made and without
// 2 // expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Jajpur (opposite party No.3) to take a decision on the said grievance petition in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
