This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In the course of hearing of this CRLMC application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the Court for his release on bail. It is, accordingly, prayed for the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the CRLMC may be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case and in such event, the Petitioner may kindly be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by the concerned Court. 3.
On the contrary, learned counsel for the State, however, raised this no objection to such prayer.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into consideration that this is a bail jump case and N.B.W. is pending since 06.05.2015, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit of the case disposes of the CRLMC with liberty to the
// 2 // Petitioner to surrender before the Court in seisin of the case within four weeks hence and move for bail and in that event, the learned Court in seisin of the case may consider the bail application to release him on bail on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
