The Petitioner approached this Court under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the cognizance order dated 21st December, 2011 passed in G.R. Case No.27 of 2011, which is pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Anandapur and subsequent order dated 12th January, 2017 dismissing the Criminal Revision No.7 of 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar. 2.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Kuldeep Panda, proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instruction and seeks permission to withdraw the CRLMC.
