This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the notice contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been served on petitioner and he has complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, since there is no
