I.A. No. 11001 of 2022 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed to recall the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in the writ petition.

Mr. S. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar matters, i.e. M/s. Rohit Ku. Das con. v. State of Odisha and others (W.P.(C) No. 11830 of 2013 disposed of on 18.03.2015) and batch of cases were considered by this Court and therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation in terms of the said order dated 18.03.2015. 4.

On perusal of the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in the present writ petition, it is revealed that while disposing of the writ petition as infructuous, this Court has given liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement/ DTCN, which is applicable to it.

In view of the above, there is no need to recall the order dated 11.07.2022 passed in the writ petition.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
