This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the Opposite Parties to issue work order and execute the agreement in favour of the Petitioner since the tender of the Petitioner was accepted and Additional Performance Security was received by Opposite Party No.1 for the work "Renovation of Akhadasahi Creek & Link Drain Along with Restoration & Construction of Protection Embankment near Village Akhadasahi under NABARD Assistance XXII" vide Tender Call Notice No. 02/OCL/2018-19 (on-line) and Bid identification No. OCCLAGP/01/2018-19 dated 21.04.2018. 3.
Mr. P.C Nayak, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that he has received instruction that because of some land dispute, the work order could not be issued in favour of the Petitioner. However the same has been resolved and the amount has been deposited with the authority. The authorities have
assured the Petitioner to perform the work. Therefore, he may be permitted to approach the authority for execution of agreement and issuance of work order.
