This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
Complaining non-compliance of the order dated 05th April, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10552 of 2021, the Petitioner alleged that even though as per the direction of this Court he has filed a comprehensive representation before the Collector, Keonjhar, the same remained un-attended to. Vide order dated 22nd April, 2022 when the matter was taken up on the basis of averment made in the contempt petition, Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate sought for time to place proper instruction in the matter. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be listed today.

When the matter is taken up today, none appeared for the Petitioner. Appearing on behalf of the sole Opposite Partycontemnor, namely, Collector, Keonjhar, Mr. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate pointed out that compliance affidavit dated 7th June, 2022 has been filed before this Court. He submitted that after receiving the representation of the Petitioner, a fact report from the Special Land Acquisition
// 2 // Officer, Anandapur Barrage Project, Salapada, Keonjhar was called for and the Collector, Keonjhar-contemnor based on such report vide letter dated 24th February, 2022 submitted by said Special Land Acquisition Officer, disposed of the representation of the Petitioner vide order No.970/Judl./dated 9th May, 2022 though belatedly.

In view of the above, there is no warrant to proceed with the contempt any further as this Court finds that there is no deliberate latches in disposing the representation belatedly. 5.
The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
