3. The Petitioner is in custody since 15th September, 2021 in connection with CID CB P.S. Case No.14 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.727 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 120-B/121/121(A)/34 I.P.C. read with Sections 3,4 and 5 of O.S. Act.
