Since the encroachment proceeding involved herein is already Order No.
closed deciding against the Petitioner, there is no scope for considering the settlement application after disposal of such proceeding. Keeping in view the provision at Section 8-A of the O.P.L.E. Act, this Court directs, if the Petitioner is so advised, may file appeal challenging the order passed in the encroachment proceeding.
