This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner in course of hearing of the CRLMC prays to direct the learned Court in seisin of the case to conclude the trial in C.T. Case No.722 of 2006 arising out of Angul P.S. Case No.114 of 2006, if not concluded in the meantime as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above limited prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Court in seisin of the case to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case, if pending as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months, if there is no other impediment.

Hence, the CRLMC is disposed of.
