This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this bail application in respect of the Petitioner No.2. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner No.2. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner No. 1, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioner'.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the above mentioned case within three weeks hence and move for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would
// 2 // be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that she will not threaten or terrorize the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Interim order passed on 14th February, 2020 in so far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
