This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioenr as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Vigilance Department that the order of this Court dated 30.11.20214 passed in CRLMC No.2298 of 2021 has been fully implemented and vide letter dated 02.07.2022, it has been informed to all the banks and post offices.

In such view of the matter, learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department is directed to hand over a copy of the letter dated 2.7.2022 to learned counsel for the Petitioner in course of the day.

With the aforesaid observation, the CRLMC stands disposed of.

6.

The personal appearance of the Investigating Officer in the matter is dispensing with.
