This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

The Petitioner having been implicated in Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.69 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.197 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak running for the alleged commission of offence under sections 420/506/34 of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 14th February, 2020 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
