3. In course of hearing, we found that this appeal has been filed against an order passed U/s.125 of Cr.P.C. and according to law, RPFAM is maintainable against such an order.

4. On the basis of oral prayer of Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the appellant, the MATA is converted to RPFAM and the matter be registered and numbered as RPFAM. All the earlier orders passed in appeal be ignored.
