Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties no.1 & 2 to consider his grievance with regard to modification of his transfer order dated 22.04.2021 by taking him back from Baliguda NAC to Jeypore Municipality.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-4, which has been forwarded by the Executive Officer, NAC, Balliguda vide Annexure-5 dated 01.09.2021. Therefore, direction may be issued to consider the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the

petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-4, which has been forwarded by the Executive Officer, NAC, Balliguda vide Annexure-5 dated 01.09.2021 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
