This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking extension of interim order passed by this Court in I.ANo.704 of 2022 arising out of the aforesaid BLAPL.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the father of the Petitioner, who is ailing with some cardiac problem requires special treatment at a specialized cardiac Centre. Therefore, the Petitioner wants some more time.

Considering such submission, interim bail granted vide order dated 13.10.2022 is extended for a further period of four weeks. However, it is made clear that the Petitioner shall not misuse the liberty granted by this Court and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses and shall surrender before the court below on due date. 5.

List this matter on 19.12.2022.
