This Court vide order dated 31st March, 2016 passed in W.P. (C) No. 5171 of 2016 had disposed of the writ petition of the defaulting borrower for the house loan account with a direction to the Petitioner to deposit the amounts overdue for regularizing the account or clear the outstanding liabilities. 3.

The case was called for before lunch and no one is appeared. After lunch on the second call, also none appeared. 4.

It perhaps that by efflux of time, the Petitioner has either lost his interest in pursuing the petition or his loan account has been settled.
