A serious allegation is made that the direction of this Court dated 30.01.2018 in W.P.(C) No.13723 of 2006 is yet to be worked out.

Keeping the above serious allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner in view, this Court directs, in the event the order dated 30.01.2018 in the above noted writ petition has not been worked out as yet and the proceeding involved herein is still pending, the same shall be disposed of involving the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
