Mr. H.S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has expired.

Since the tender is of the year 2013-14, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the legal representatives of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any cause of action still survives. 4.
With liberty aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
