This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.
Heard Mr. S. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners.

According to Mr. Das, the sole prayer of the petitioners in this case is for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda to dispose of CRLP No.19 of 2018 filed under Section 127, Cr.P.C. pending before him within a short period. 4.
Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment without disturbing his/her Board.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
