Perused the record. It appears that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.08.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.516 (C) of 1994, by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

It is contended that since there is no promotional avenue in the cadre, the tribunal has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

On perusal of the order dated 22.08.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.516 (C) of 1994, this Court does not

find any illegality or irregularity committed by the tribunal while passing the said order. Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
