Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition with liberty to make further attempt for amendment of the plaint. It is further directed that in the event any such application is filed for this purpose, the same shall be considered and disposed of independently and without being influenced by the observation already made in the impugned order. 2.

This civil miscellaneous petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
