Since the order passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in a proceeding under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is under challenge, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for converting the RPFAM to W.P.(C).

Considering such prayer, Registry is directed to convert the RPFAM to W.P.(C).
