This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Since the Petitioner is said to be involved in commission of offence under section-363 of the IPC, this Court being not inclined to entertain this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C., disposes the same granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 18.02.2020 does no more survive Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
