This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to correct the admit card of the Petitioner from Trained Graduate Arts to Trained Graduate Science (PCM) enabling the Petitioner to appear in the Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTE), 2021 (2nd) examination. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to the Opposite Party No.4, vide Annexure-3 and prays that the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the contention raised by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing Opposite Party

// 2 // No.4 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law by 15.02.2022.

The Petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the Controller of Examination, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, and also serves extra copy of the writ petition along with copy of this order on Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel, who usually appears for Board of Secondary Education, Odisha within three working days, so that the Authority shall comply with the order immediately. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
