Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner alleges that there has been trespassing of his own land, vide Annexure-2 by Public Authority and not only that the Public Authority is also undertaking some construction on the own land of the Petitioner.

Keeping in view the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the matter directs O.P.3, Collector, Balasore to undertake an enquiry exercise treating the Writ Petition as a representation of the Petitioner and to find out if there is any infringement of the right of the Petitioner involving his own land and in absence of any land acquisition already undertaken. The enquiry process will also include the Petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within

// 2 // one month from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
