This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.2, who is a private company, to consider his representation dated 17th December, 2021 under Annexure-5, which has been given to him. A dispute with regard to consumer case is pending regarding the matter.

Considering the facts and submissions made, I am not inclined to give such direction entertaining this writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
