This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard, Mr. P.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Being aggrieved by the order dated 18.09.2014 in C.T. Case No.390 of 2013, by the Learned Additional District Judge Cum Special Court, Jajpur Road, Jajpur, issuing order of NBW, the petitioner has approached this Court. While prima facie, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order passed but in order to allow the petitioner to effectively defend himself, it is directed that, in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a period of three weeks hence, he shall be released on bail on earlier terms.

It is made clear that, in the event the petitioner does not surrender within the time fixed, it shall be open to the

// 2 // prosecution to take effective steps in terms of the impugned order.

While being released on bail, it is directed that the petitioner shall furnish his mobile number and email I.D., if any.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rule.
