Petitioner has not availed the statutory remedy in each stage i.e. Order No.

firstly, in the stage of draft publication and also again at the stage of provisional publication. There is no room for the Petitioner to avail such remedy at this stage. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the Petitioner has still scope of filing appeal and if timing for filing appeal has not expired, he is at liberty to file appeal.
