There are some defects in this Petition, for which learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the CMP with liberty for the Petitioner to come up with a better Petition. 3.

In the circumstance, the CMP stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Certified copy of Annexure-5 be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner after substituting photocopy thereof.
