The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider her case in pursuance of the Government letter dated 22.12.2020 under Annexure-3 by reengaging her as ANM as and whenever necessary for the ends of justice.

Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner who was working as an ANM has been disengaged by the authority and, therefore, she claims that her case may be considered by the authority in terms of the order passed by the Government under Annexure-3 dated 22.12.2020, addressing to all the Collector and DMs, Municipal Commissioners, CDM & PHOs and Superintendents of all Government, MCHs. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the

petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the authority highlighting all her grievances, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-3 dated 22.12.2020. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite parties-authority within 15 days hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority taking into consideration Annexure-3 dated 22.12.2020, and pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
