2. Heard Mr. Partha Sarathi Acharya along with Mr. Sudarsan Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel; and Mr. B.S. Raiguru, learned Central Government Counsel.

It is contended by learned Additional Standing Counsel that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous. However, if any cause of action still survives, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum, if it so advised, in terms of agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to the petitioners.
