This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the competent authority to take into account the objection of the Petitioner involving nomination of the Opposite Party No.5 for the Opposite Party no.5 having more than two children. 2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event there is still scope for finalizing the nomination aspect involved herein and if such objection of the Petitioner still exists, nothing prevents the competent authority to look into the objection of the Petitioner before finalizing the nomination aspect.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
